A week after announcing the current CEO of JBS Australia, Andre Noguiera, will return to the company’s North American headquarters to head-up JBS’s USA operations, JBS has yesterday confirmed that Brent Eastwood (pictured above) has been appointed president (effectively, chief executive officer) of JBS Australia.

Mr Eastwood returned from the US to JBS’s Australian operations in February this year to assume the role of chief operating officer for the company’s northern division. Prior to his return to Australia, Mr Eastwood spent four years in senior roles within the JBS USA operations.

This latest announcement completes JBS’s senior management adjustments and locks in the company’s succession plan that will see current CEO of JBS USA Don Jackson retire at the end of 2012.
