We are very pleased to announce the promotion of Greg Lynn to Business Unit Leader (BUL) leading our Food Division alongside Brent Allen. This is a significant leadership role that underscores his extensive experience and deep understanding of the business.
As Business Unit Leader, Greg is trusted with ensuring the overall success of our portfolio of food industry projects. Our BULs take accountability for leading the safety culture on our sites, maintaining positive relationships with all project stakeholders, mentoring teams, and overseeing the successful delivery of our projects.
With 16 years at Wiley delivering complex food projects, built on a foundation of engineering, Greg is able to dive into the micro details that make-or-break complicated food manufacturing operations, and switch to the holistic overview needed to drive and deliver a successful result.
We congratulate Greg on this well-deserved promotion. He has a proven record and a great reputation in the industry, and we are all excited to see what his leadership, strategic mindset and strong commercial acumen bring to our Food Division and the projects they deliver.
