At Wiley we understand that self awareness is at the core to any meaningful personal growth, we also understand that our peers feedback on our behavior is paramount to better understanding how our behaviors are received. Quite often now when one of us is running into ourselves or exhibiting self limiting behaviors you'll hear from across the room......"Splat" closely followed by the person it was directed at saying Oh...."Thankyou for you feedback".
